Report infringing content

In line with the Principles for User Generated Content Services established among large online service provider companies and also legal provisions like the US OCILLA section of the DMCA, IT Exam Practice being an online service with user-generated content provides a way to identify/report any content that infringes on third party legal rights. Any such content reported will be promptly removed by site moderators. If you have identified any such infringing content on the site please complete the form below to alert moderators.

Provide an accurate identification of the site content that you believe infringes yours or third party legal rights. The content may be in the form of exams parts, questions, or parts of them or comments submitted by users. Please give the exact reference numbers for the questions or the date/author of comments and the reference number of the question to which they were submitted. Technical hint: question reference numbers are shown every time a question is viewed and have the form: "Question RefNo: Q-20080327-f5667e"

Please identify the copyrighted work that is alleged to be infringed by site content. The information here should be sufficient to provide access to the work (e.g. link to a website where the work is accessible) and compare its content with site content. Alternatively if such access is not possible a detailed explanation is required of why/how the copyrighted work is infringed. You may be contacted for further inquiries in this case after the content is taken down:

Please provide a statement identifying you as the copyright owner of the work alleged to be infringed, or an agent/entity authorized to act oh behalf of the copyright owner. If you are neither of the two, please provide a good faith statement of why you believe the site content in question infringes an existing copyright on a work:

Please provide sufficient information how you may be contacted by reasonable means such as electronic/paper mail, phone, MSN/ICQ chat. If you are neither the copyright owner nor authorized to act on his behalf, please also provide such contact information for the copyright owner if available:
